To ensure a robust Quality Management System (QMS) our objectives are planned, established, and evaluated for all operational areas to achieve desired business outcomes.
We have established authorities and responsibilities to ensure quality assurance with defined process compliance to deliver the agreed-upon customer specifications of our manufactured products and related aftermarket services.
Authorities and Responsibilities
- Our Vice President of Global Operations is responsible for assuring that the quality system, policy, and objectives are established and are proactively managed.
- Managers including engineering, project management, production control, recruiting, environmental health & safety, supply chain, and quality control are responsible to align their departments with the company’s quality objectives under established processes, including checklists and evaluations.
- Our Quality Manager is responsible for implementing the established quality objectives through proper documentation, training, ensuring annual internal audits are conducted, working with third-party auditors, and implementing continuous improvement best practices.
